Cancellation Policy
This service is a private educational and operational guidance session. Churcher Group does not provide legal advice, human resources advice, investigative services, crisis communications representation, or a determination of legal responsibility, guilt, innocence, findings, or outcomes. The information shared during this session is intended to support leadership decision-making, regulatory awareness, communication planning, documentation practices, privacy considerations, and program integrity. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, reporting obligations, communications, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, employment obligations, child protection processes, and professional advice. Serious allegations involving children, staff misconduct, licensing concerns, child protection matters, or criminal investigations must always be reported and addressed through the appropriate legal, regulatory, child protection, law enforcement, insurance, human resources, and/or professional channels. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal, human resources, insurance, or other professional advice before making decisions related to specific investigations, employment matters, legal proceedings, public communications, or regulatory responses. Due to the confidential and time-sensitive nature of this service, payment is required at the time of booking. Missed appointments, no-shows, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and are not eligible for rebooking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Please do not include identifying confidential information about children, families, employees, or specific individuals in the booking form. Any details shared during the session should be limited to what is necessary for general operational guidance. Missed appointments, no-shows, and cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and are not eligible for rebooking.
