The Operator’s Voice is the fourth workshop in our Running the Business of Childcare series for childcare operators, directors, and program leaders who want to strengthen their advocacy voice and learn how to make a clear, effective ask.
Childcare operators and directors carry the realities of the sector every day. They understand the pressures of staffing, funding, compliance, enrolment, parent communication, and program sustainability — but many leaders have never been shown how to turn those realities into a clear message for decision-makers.
