Running the Business of Childcare — Full Series Pass gives operators and directors access to all four live online workshops in our business-focused workshop series for childcare leaders.
This series was created for childcare operators, centre directors, owners, administrators, and program leaders who are responsible for the business side of running a centre — but may never have received formal training in the practical business skills required to do it confidently.
Running a childcare program today requires more than strong pedagogy and good leadership. Operators and directors are making daily decisions about finances, staffing, enrolment, documentation, compliance, government communication, and long-term sustainability. This four-part series is designed to make those responsibilities clearer, more manageable, and more connected to real childcare operations.
