A Childcare Leadership Workshop Series
About the event
Leadership in early learning asks a great deal of people. It requires emotional presence, steady decision-making, resilience, and the ability to keep showing up for others — even when your own capacity is stretched.
Leading Yourself is the fourth workshop in our Leading with Purpose leadership series for childcare professionals. This one-hour online session is designed for centre directors, program leaders, operators, and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their reflective practice and build a more sustainable approach to leadership.
In this workshop, we will explore the inner work of leadership: understanding your leadership identity, recognizing the signs of burnout before they escalate, setting healthy boundaries, and leading with greater self-awareness. We will also look at imposter syndrome in early learning leadership and the importance of building strong professional support systems over time.
Grounded in the realities of the Alberta early learning sector, this session is practical, honest, and focused…
