Leading with Vision is the third workshop in our Leading with Purpose leadership series for childcare professionals. This one-hour online session is designed for centre directors, program leaders, operators, and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their strategic thinking and lead with greater purpose and confidence.
In this workshop, we will explore what vision really means in the context of early learning leadership. We will look at how to define and communicate a clear direction for your program, align your team around shared values, and lead through change in a sector that is constantly evolving. We will also discuss the role of advocacy in leadership and how strong leaders make thoughtful decisions even in times of uncertainty.
