Turn regulations into daily excellence.
Classroom Excellence is a practical, interactive 3-hour online professional development workshop designed for Alberta child care educators, supervisors, program leaders, agency consultants, and child care operators who want to strengthen compliance, classroom quality, and professional confidence.
Delivering high-quality child care requires more than passion. It also requires a clear understanding of regulations and the ability to turn those requirements into strong, consistent daily practice.
Through practical examples, reflective discussion, and real child care scenarios, participants will explore how regulations connect to everyday decisions, documentation, supervision, safety, professionalism, inclusive practice, and program quality.
By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a clearer understanding, practical strategies, and actionable ideas they can bring back to their classrooms, teams, and programs right away.
