Leading people in early learning means working in a high-emotion, high-responsibility environment where culture matters just as much as policy.

Leading Your Team is the second workshop in our Leading with Purpose leadership series for childcare professionals. This one-hour online session is designed for centre directors, program leaders, operators, and emerging leaders who want to strengthen team culture, improve communication, and lead staff with more confidence and clarity.

In this workshop, we will explore the real people challenges that show up in childcare leadership every day — from staff retention and morale to conflict, burnout, and accountability. We will look at how to give feedback in a way that is clear and constructive, how to address performance concerns early, and how to build a workplace culture where staff feel supported while still being held to a high standard.
