Parking
Paid parking is available at Bow Valley College in two convenient locations:
• Underground parkade (accessible directly from campus)

Both options are paid parking.
Additional public parking is available within walking distance throughout downtown Calgary.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.
Public Transit
The conference venue at Bow Valley College is directly connected to the City Hall / Bow Valley College C-Train Station.
This station serves both eastbound and westbound trains on Calgary’s C-Train line, providing convenient access from across the city.
The station is attached to the South Campus building. Attendees can enter through the South Campus and walk indoors to the North Campus conference area.
Multiple Calgary Transit bus stops are also located within a short walking distance of the campus.
We recommend checking current schedules and route information at calgarytransit.com prior to arrival.
Dining Options
Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch.
Designated seating areas will be available inside the campus, and microwaves will be accessible for reheating meals.
Please note:
The café located in the North Campus will not be operating during the conference.

A complimentary coffee and tea station will be available for attendees throughout the conference.

A Tim Hortons, located in the South Campus building, will be open during the conference and is accessible from the North Campus via indoor connection.
